Let’s be real…I’m actually pretty new at consulting - something you can probably see from this less than sophisticated website. But what is not less sophisticated is my experience in digital health. I have seen a lot of success and a lot of failure over the course of the last 15 years, because nobody has quite figured out the perfect recipe for commercial success in digital health. Don’t get me wrong, the unicorns are out there, but taking your great idea or tech from something ethereal to real is.really.hard.

The one thing I always say to myself after meeting a founder, or hearing yet another pitch is….”what would I have told my younger and less experienced self about how to pave the way to success?” That’s why I decided to give this a try. Unicorns deserve to fly, big ideas need a lot to mature into big business and founders need to understand how to navigate their way to success despite the fearsome headwinds.
